Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking an Agricultural Sales Representative to communicate value to farmers and ensure delivered outcomes through Keystone’s Elite AGx and Connect platforms.

You will build producer strategies, present product portfolios, and drive account plans to meet volumes and margins, while coordinating with internal teams across agronomy, grain, and energy segments.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant ag sales experience.
• Basic understanding of crop production and agronomics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans for assigned producers.
• Provide product and service recommendations to meet farmer goals.
• Maintain account records and progress with Sales Lead and Regional Director.
• Collaborate with Grain, Agronomy, Energy and Swine & Animal Nutrition teams.
