Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking an Account Relationship Manager to serve as the primary resource for assigned producers, leveraging Elite AGx and Connect to translate technology into value. You will build account plans, drive sales volumes and margins, and coordinate with Grain, Agronomy, Energy, and Swine teams.

You’ll interact with customers at on-farm and virtual meetings, travel as needed, and work with a collaborative team to grow farmer-owned business across Indiana.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant ag sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in an agricultural-related field preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of assigned customers’ initiatives and goals.
• Position and sell Keystone products during on-farm calls and other channels.
• Create and maintain a Customer Account Plan with regular reviews.
• Coordinate with multiple internal teams to service accounts.
• Maintain account records using Keystone Connect and other tools.
