Job summary

AgriVision Equipment Group and PrairieLand Partners is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of the Service Department. This role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on achieving customer satisfaction through strong processes and team leadership.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, coordinate department goals and budgets, and drive performance across the service organization. Occasional travel to customer sites and stores is required.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in Service Department operations.
• Management experience preferred.
• Associate’s Degree is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Travel to customer locations and stores is regularly required.

Responsibilities

• Develops, communicates, enforces, and monitors Service Department processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinates with Regional Manager, Director of Aftermarket, and Store Manager on goals and budgets.
• Directly manages service department staff including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
• Develops employee development plans through coaching and training.
• Coordinates customer clinics, field days, and related events.
• Submits warranty and PIP claims within required timeframes.
• Schedules and assigns jobs per staff skills.
• Reviews work orders before billing to customers.
• Ensures tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.
