Job summary

AgriVision Equipment Group and PrairieLand Partners is seeking a Store Manager to lead the aftermarket objectives for a AVE-PLP location. You will direct budgets, staffing, and customer satisfaction while aligning with the company’s goals.

You will oversee service, parts, and store operations, develop strong customer relationships, and drive safe, efficient processes. A background in retail and Deere product knowledge is preferred and a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Five+ years in retail is preferred.
• One+ years as a parts or service manager or in a sales role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages aftermarket objectives and processes for the store location.
• Manages budgets, personnel, and financial performance.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships and resolves elevated issues.
• Ensures cross-department communication and standard operating procedures.
• Oversees maintenance, security, and facility appearance.
