Job summary

AgriVision Equipment Group and PrairieLand Partners (AVE-PLP, LLC) seeks a Service Manager to lead the service department, develop goals with the Store Manager, and manage staff performance to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate clinics and promotions, review work orders for accuracy, and ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles are well-maintained. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in Service Department operations.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Associate’s Degree is required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, communicates, enforces, and monitors effective Service Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, manage, and develop service department staff; foster teamwork and productivity.
• Develop and execute employee development plans with coaching and training.
• Schedule and assigns jobs and work areas to employees according to skills.
• Ensure tools and vehicles are in good working order and handle warranty/PIP claims.
