Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Experience with financial metrics, budgets, and P&L is preferred.
• Knowledge of John Deere or similar equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication with customers and staff.
• Willingness to travel and work long hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages aftermarket objectives and processes for the location.
• Develops and manages budgets, resources, and financial performance.
• Leads department management staff meetings and communicates across departments.
• Builds relationships with customers and resolves issues.
• Oversees marketing activities and events.
• Ensures facility appearance and safety; equipment maintenance.
• Travel to customer sites and other locations as needed.
