AgriVision Equipment Group and PrairieLand Partners is seeking a Parts Manager to lead the Parts Department and drive profitability. The role focuses on inventory control, discount programs, warranty processing, and staff development to deliver exceptional service.

You will collaborate with leadership to ensure goals are met, while maintaining organized operations and strong customer satisfaction. Training and onboarding are provided for the right candidate in a dynamic dealership environment.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• One year of management experience preferred.
• Experience in a parts sales role is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Leads the Parts Department to achieve parts metrics and goals aligned with dealership financial objectives.
• Collaborates with the Director of Aftermarket to optimize parts department decisions.
• Hires, leads, and develops Parts Department staff with performance evaluations and coaching.
• Maximizes use of all order discount programs to hit stock order goals.
• Monitors parts sales to ensure budgeted sales and profits are met.
• Develops and implements a 12-month parts promotion/advertising program with Service and Sales.
• Submits warranty and return claims timely to receive maximum credits.
• Resolves customer complaints regarding parts service and addresses root causes.
• Maintains paper flow and an effective parts inventory control system.
• Maintains all department tools, equipment, and AVE-PLP vehicles in good order.
• Performs other duties as required to support AVE-PLP’s success.
