Job summary

AgriVision Equipment Group and PrairieLand Partners seeks a Service Manager to lead the Service Department, ensuring safe and profitable operation and strong customer satisfaction across our Kansas locations.

The role requires 3+ years in service operations, an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Expect to recruit, coach, schedule, and manage a diverse team while coordinating service events and warranty claims.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in Service Department operations.
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR will be required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develops, communicates, enforces, and monitors service department processes for customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, and develop service department staff; promote teamwork and high morale.
• Schedule and assign jobs; review work orders for accuracy and billing.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and company vehicles are in good working order.
• Coordinate customer clinics, field days, and promotional events; participate in warranty and PIP claims.
