We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to take the lead on agricultural sales across the Southeast. If you're energized by closing deals, building trusted partnerships, and being the go-to expert for your customers, this is your opportunity to thrive.

What You'll Do:

Own your territory. Prospect, grow, and maintain a loyal customer base by mastering Prinsco’s full line of ag-focused water management products.

Drive results. Develop and execute clear action plans to exceed sales goals and expand market share.

Be a resource. Introduce new products and upgrades that help your customers stay ahead in the field.

What We Expect:

A Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing

5+ years of successful sales experience (agriculture or water management products preferred)

Strong math & technical aptitude

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Must be comfortable working remotely, traveling up to 70% of the time, and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record
