What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales results, with potential incentives based on performance. No previous experience is needed as we provide comprehensive training.

Reps are paid $26.50 per appointment (not based on sales) or can earn commissions based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback ensures income even during off weeks.

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. The skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any career, even if one does not stay long-term.

Long-term reps (even part-time) can advance into management or professional sales roles.

We help our reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, fitting around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Ask about our summer work program.

Reps work from home and locally after training; most meetings and training are held in the office.
