Job summary

Ephrata National Bank is seeking an Agricultural Sales Associate to support origination and servicing of agricultural loans, manage the portfolio, and assist with sales initiatives. You’ll back Agricultural Relationship Managers, handling loan workflow, documentation, and compliance from application to closing.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years’ experience, a finance/business degree, and an NMLS license (or plan to obtain within 6 months). A strong command of Word/Excel and CRM is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Hold an NMLS license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; ability to learn CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loan origination and processing from application to closing.
• Coordinate loan approvals with Relationship Managers, underwriters and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain client credit files and documentation.
• Oversee closing, documentation, and coordination with third parties.
• Monitor credit quality and loan portfolio compliance; use CRM for tracking.
