Ephrata National Bank is seeking a Mortgage Expert to proactively generate residential mortgage business from a local network of referrals and clients. You will analyze income and credit data, explain ENB products and guidelines, and deliver timely, accurate loan packages through the full loan process.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, regulatory compliance, and achieving annual production targets within ENB's quality standards. On-site position in Ephrata, PA with competitive hours.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years mortgage/banking experience.
• Experience originating loans for underwriting to agency and ENB Residential Loan Policy guidelines.
• Ability to review documents for sufficiency and accuracy to meet standards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with business referral sources.
• Market and promote ENB's mortgage products.
• Meet with customers during various loan stages and gather documentation.
• Provide accurate loan program information and regulatory disclosures to applicants.
