Job summary

Ephrata National Bank is seeking an AVP, Agricultural Relationship Manager to lead sales, service and retention of agricultural clients in the Ephrata region. The role focuses on developing new business, managing a sizable portfolio, ensuring credit quality and maximizing profitability while mitigating risk.

The candidate will act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities across deposits, loans, and financial services, and coordinating with credit and relationship teams to deliver optimal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Demonstrated 5 years of experience in business lending with a commercial or community bank.
• Proven ability to develop business relationships, underwrite, and manage a portfolio.
• Comprehensive knowledge of agricultural, real estate, and construction lending.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and credit analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a $45-85MM agricultural portfolio and client relationships.
• Generate new business development within assigned territory.
• Cross-sell bank products and coordinate referrals.
• Oversee the closing process and credit service actions with underwriting teams.
• Monitor credit quality and repayment activity.
