Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience considered.
• NMLS credential or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loan origination and processing from application to closing.
• Coordinate loan approvals with Relationship Managers and underwriters.
• Prepare and maintain client credit files throughout the loan process.
• Ensure compliance with bank lending policies and regulations.
• Maintain CRM records and support cross-department collaboration.
• Support notary and loan servicing tasks as needed.
