AgCarolina Farm Credit is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support and programming services across the organization. The role acts as a liaison between AgCarolina and AgFirst to manage desktop support, applications, hardware, software, and AV equipment.

You will join a team focused on service to agriculture and rural communities, with opportunities for training, development, and advancement.

Competenze

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer technology, information systems or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing technical software/hardware support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Provide responsive technical support to employees across the Association and partners.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Deliver technology training and user assistance to maximize efficiency.
• Identify training opportunities and improve technology adoption.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and support IT hardware and software.
• Assist with system setup, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Support and maintain audiovisual equipment for meetings and events.
• Help ensure systems operate securely and effectively.
• Stay informed of emerging technology trends and best practices.
