Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of IT technical support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, phones, tablets, printers, and network devices


• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues


• Manage technology inventory, user accounts, and permissions


• Perform system updates, maintenance, and security monitoring


• Support IT projects, technology improvements, and equipment lifecycle management
