Job summary

Ziegler Inc. in Altoona, IA seeks an operator training specialist to organize and deliver engaging training sessions across the portfolio, including CAT, FENDT, Massey Ferguson, Gleaner, Brandt, and Geringhoff.

You will lead field demonstrations that showcase capabilities and promote value through extended warranties and support programs. You will collaborate with Account Managers, document interactions in CRM, and travel up to 50% to support customers.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience operating agricultural equipment.
• 2+ years in agriculture preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver operator training sessions for equipment across Ziegler's portfolio.
• Lead field demonstrations showcasing machine capabilities and precision technology.
• Promote extended warranties, service contracts, and support programs.
• Serve as frontline resource for basic technology support (displays, connectivity, machine data).
• Collaborate with Account Managers on deliveries, demonstrations and follow-up activities.
• Document customer interactions, demonstrations, and training in CRM for transparency.
