Job summary

Ziegler Inc. in Iowa is seeking an Ag Sales Support Representative to serve our agricultural customer base by promoting service contracts, warranties, and operator training.

You will organize demonstrations, support technology offerings, and collaborate with Account Managers to drive after-sales value. This full-time role requires strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Ag related field preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort operating agricultural equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver operator training sessions for equipment.
• Promote and sell extended warranties and service contracts.
• Lead field demonstrations of machinery and precision technology.
• Provide basic technology support and help customers navigate displays and data.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on deliveries, demonstrations and follow-up.
