H2ajobs is seeking a farm laborer to perform a range of crop production tasks including operating tractors and hauling grain. Housing is provided by the employer, with meals and transport details to be announced in addenda.

The role requires basic farming experience, the ability to follow instructions, and English language comprehension. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license to operate equipment.

Duties may include: General farm labor. Drive tractor, farm truck, grain cart to perform crop raising duties. Plant, fertilize, cultivate, harvest crops using tractor drawn machinery. Weigh trucks, enter scale tickets, haul grain to market. Haul and spread fertilizer and manure. Clean, check, maintain, repair field ready and irrigation equipment. Maintain fence, haul rock and maintain roadways for irrigation purposes. Assist with dirt work operations to make fields drain. Clear tree/brush. Clean grain bins. Spray, mow, maintain/paint farm structures. Run errands/pick up parts & other related Agricultural Equipment Operator activities as per SOC/OES 45-2091 (onetonline.org). Crops: wheat, corn, silo, sunflowers, cotton, soybeans
