Midwest Heritage Bank in Iowa seeks a Commercial Lender to drive business development by attracting new commercial clients and expanding the loan portfolio. You will manage relationships across diverse commercial clients and cross-sell banking products to strengthen profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or business and at least 5 years of agricultural/commercial lending experience. You will work in a fast-paced office environment with strict regulatory adherence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years’ agricultural and/or commercial lending experience.
• Must possess friendly attitude and strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed loan and deposit production goals while complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as primary advisor for an assigned portfolio of commercial relationships.
• Facilitate credit requests including loan structuring, pricing, collateral, and documentation.
• Develop relationships in the market and promote Midwest Heritage in the community.
