Qualifikationen

• Forklift operation is required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English. Bilingual skills (Spanish) are valuable.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required and must meet company requirements to drive Helena vehicle.
• Drug test and background check are required for all positions.

Aufgaben

• Verifies incoming and outgoing shipments and keeps warehouse inventory current.
• Inspects warehouse, equipment and vehicles; maintains monthly truck reports.
• Prepares work orders for repairs and requisitions for replacements.
• Cooperates with department leaders to coordinate warehouse activities with production, sales, and purchasing.
• Directs salvage of damaged materials and ensures DOT compliance by drivers.
• Provides backup to truck drivers and other team members; handles walk-in sales when needed.
• Oversees other team members; leads interviewing, training and coaching.
• Maintains a safe outdoor/indoor work environment and follows OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations.
