Requirements

• At least 21 years of age or older
• Passion for food
• Ability to work late nights
• Reliable transportation
• At least one year of experience in a restaurant leadership role
• Strong verbal communication in a bustling restaurant atmosphere
• Problem‑solving, self‑motivated, and organized
• Engagement in friendly conversation with guests in line

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for food ordering and scheduling
• Inventory management
• Delegate duties to others effectively and respectfully
• Oversee product rotation and organization
• Work with the GM to communicate coaching instances and provide continuous feedback to staff
• Perform all other duties as assigned in accordance with the General Manager

Supervisor Responsibilities

• Provide supervision through coaching, motivation, direction, review, and feedback of assigned tasks
• Hold team members accountable
• Maintain LNS standards and codes of conduct
• Oversee and maintain a high level of culture and hospitality throughout the location
