Mikey's Late Night Slice in Cincinnati is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations at the OTR location. You will help lead staff, manage guest service, inventory, scheduling, and safety standards.

The AGM collaborates with the GM to ensure hospitality excellence and smooth policy execution in a fast-paced restaurant. The role requires 21+, a passion for food, and the ability to work late nights, with strong problem-solving and people skills.

Qualifications

An Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including customer service, inventory, scheduling, financial support, and safety standards.

Summary

An Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities often include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing inventory and ordering, assisting with financial management, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and sometimes handling administrative tasks. AGMs often serve as a bridge between upper management and frontline employees, ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution of policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for food ordering and scheduling
• Inventory management
• Delegate duties to others effectively and respectfully
• Oversee product rotation and organization
• Work with the GM to communicate any instances of coaching to constantly evaluate and give feedback to staff
• Perform all other duties as assigned in accordance with the General Manager

Supervisor Responsibilities

• Provides supervision to others through coaching, motivation, direction, review and feedback of assigned tasks
• Holds team members accountable
• Maintains LNS standards and codes of conduct
• Oversees and maintains a high level of culture and hospitality throughout the location

Requirements
