Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant Manager (AGM) through JEM Restaurant Group for locations in South Carolina and Georgia. The role offers a salary range of $50,000-$60,000 per year and focuses on leading daily operations, scheduling, inventory management, and team development to ensure a guest-focused experience.

The AGM will partner with the RGM, drive labor and food cost controls, and mentor staff while maintaining high health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth shift execution and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage labor and food costs to support financial performance.

• Serve as the RGM's right-hand leader and step in when they're away.
