JEM Restaurant Group, home of Taco Bell, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations in our Georgia/South Carolina markets. You will coach the crew, optimize scheduling, inventory, and guest service to deliver a standout experience.

As AGM, you’ll partner with the Restaurant General Manager, drive performance, hire and train talent, and ensure health and safety standards. The role offers a competitive salary, bonus potential, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail management.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth shift execution and health/safety compliance.
• Manage labor and food costs to drive financial performance.
• Hire, train, and mentor team members; schedule staff.
• Resolve guest concerns and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Serve as the RGM’s right-hand leader and cover for the GM when needed.
