Job summary

JEM Restaurant Group (Taco Bell) is seeking an Assistant General Manager in the South Carolina/Georgia market to lead daily operations, supervise scheduling, manage inventory and ordering, and coach crew members for a guest‑focused experience.

The AGM will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive performance, ensure health and safety compliance, and mentor the team while maintaining flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior food service or retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for great food.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth shift execution and health & safety compliance.
• Manage labor and food costs to support strong financial performance.
• Hire, train, mentor, and schedule team members.
• Resolve guest concerns and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as the RGM’s right‑hand leader and step in when they’re away.
