Wendy's is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and improve financial performance. You will mentor shift managers, ensure food quality and safety, and manage scheduling and payroll while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Experience in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure a smooth, profitable business.
• Lead and mentor the management team to drive performance and service quality.
• Manage food preparation, presentation standards, and on-time delivery of meals.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance across all areas.
• Monitor and control labor and food costs to meet financial targets.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members; conduct performance evaluations.
• Support local store marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll-related tasks within budget.
