Job summary

Wendy's Restaurant Franchise seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, staff coaching, and execution of company policies. The role involves interviewing, selecting, and training Shift Managers and Crew Members to build an engaged team and maintain superior guest service.

The AGM will collaborate with the store leadership to drive sales, control costs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced Wendy’s environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.
• Strong supervisory and interviewing abilities.
• Ability to train and develop Shift Managers and Crew Members.
