The AGM will mentor staff, enforce policies, and collaborate with senior leadership to meet business goals while maintaining a great guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Ability to lead and develop a team, manage performance, and foster a positive work environment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve complaints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth and profitable business.
