Job summary

The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) seeks a Program/Project Administrator to lead the Program Development Section within the Aging & Independence Services department. You will oversee complex programs, budgets, and grant compliance while advancing value-based or payer-aligned initiatives to support older adults and caregivers.

Hat to develop innovative program models, collaborate across departments, and manage partnerships with healthcare systems and housing providers to ensure sustainability

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with five years of progressively responsible program administration experience including two years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of supervisory principles, performance evaluation, and staff development.
• Experience with budgeting, grant compliance, and revenue-supported program models.
• Strong skills in policy development, program operations, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Program Development Section and supervise staff (currently 8 employees).
• Oversee program operations including wellness education and healthcare partnerships.
• Develop budgets, funding strategies, and ROI analyses for sustainability.
• Engage with healthcare payers, managed care organizations, and community partners.
