Job summary

Piedmont Triad Regional Council in Kernersville, NC seeks an experienced administrator to operate across quality, fiscal, and planning functions of the Area Agency on Aging. You will provide ARMS training, manage contracts and budgets, and prepare monthly programmatic and fiscal reports under the PTRC AAA Director’s supervision.

Responsibilities include annual monitoring support, website data review, and data system support for program delivery.

Qualifications

• A good general knowledge of governmental accounting and budgeting principles and reporting procedures.
• Ability to interpret federal and state policies for fiscal compliance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with public officials and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and training to funded agencies via telephone, email, trainings, and in person.
• Manage contracts, budgets, and waivers; update budgets and reprogram allocations; input data into ARMS.
• Assemble ARMS data for internal and external reports on a monthly basis.
• Assist with annual monitoring visits and coordination of ARMS entries and budgets.
• Review PTRC AAA information on the PTRC website for accuracy and updates.
• Provide IT support for data collection processes used by the AAA programs.
