Job description

Overview

As an Agility Lead Technical Program and Transformation manager in CTO, you will be supporting the successful, on-time, high-quality execution of complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions in the Privileged Access domain delivered by multiple teams. You will keep agile delivery principles and methodologies at the core of every initiative, coaching teams toward iterative progress and adaptability while driving disciplined delivery of technically demanding IAM programs.

Leveraging deep knowledge in AI enabled data analytics and pattern identification, product development lifecycle, technical principles and agile frameworks, you will foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, innovation, and data-led decision-making. You will navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities, manage cross-team dependencies and risks, and influence stakeholders at every level to ensure Privileged Access initiatives align with business and security objectives. As a recognized subject matter expert and value-delivery champion, you will exercise considerable judgment on complex issues and make impactful decisions that shape the operational direction of the product area.

Job responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end execution of complex Privileged Access programs across multiple teams, developing and managing delivery plans that incorporate technical design & architecture, dependencies and timelines to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.
  • Support and enable team's AI transformation by focusing on principles driving adoption, maturity and uniformity
  • Lead and coach teams to adopt and continuously improve agile methodologies, promoting open communication, transparency, and engagement while keeping agile principles at the core of PAM solution delivery.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-team risks and dependencies, proactively addressing roadblocks, removing impediments, and implementing contingency plans to maintain program momentum.
  • Collaborate with engineering leads, product managers, product security leads and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational and IAM strategy goals.
  • Use advanced facilitation, communication, and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels and escalating organizational impediments to leadership.
  • Apply agility and program metrics, analytical reasoning, and evidence-based decision-making to assess performance, optimize delivery efficiency, and inform short- to mid-term operational and transformation plans.
  • Identify trends and generate original ideas that contribute to new policies, best practices and continuous improvement culture within the product area.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise spanning agile coaching and the management of complex technology programs in a large organization.
  • Advanced knowledge of agile delivery and multiple approaches — including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP) and scaling frameworks — with proven ability to guide teams through complex programs while monitoring agility metrics.
  • Advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices, enabling effective guidance and support for delivery teams.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to support complex IAM technology programs, including the ability to break down business and technical objectives into manageable, well-sequenced workstreams.
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of managing risks, dependencies and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.
  • Hands-on experience delivering Identity and Access Management (IAM) or related cybersecurity solutions.

  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and how to support them at scale
  • Relentless focus on data driven continuous improvement
