Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. seeks an experienced Agility Lead for Technical Program and Transformation in the Privileged Access domain. You will drive on-time, high-quality IAM program delivery across multiple teams, coaching teams to apply agile principles at scale and align with security objectives.

You will mentor engineers and product teams, leverage AI-enabled data analytics, and influence stakeholders to optimize delivery and policy improvements within the PAM program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering complex technology programs in a large organization.
• Advanced agile coaching and multiple delivery frameworks experience.
• Hands-on IAM or cybersecurity experience.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of Privileged Access programs across multiple teams.
• Support and enable team's AI transformation by focusing on adoption and maturity.
• Lead and coach teams to adopt and improve agile methodologies.
• Identify and mitigate cross-team risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with engineering leads, product managers, and security leads.
• Use facilitation and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Apply metrics and data-driven decisions to plan and optimize delivery.
• Identify trends to improve policies and continuous improvement.
