Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Agility Lead Technical Program and Transformation manager within the CTO organization.

You will drive on-time, high-quality IAM initiatives in the Privileged Access domain across multiple teams, anchoring agile delivery and transforming AI-driven data analytics into actionable decisions. You will coach teams on agile methods, manage cross-team risks, and collaborate with engineering, product security, and business stakeholders to align with IAM

Qualifications

10+ years managing agile programs in large organizations.
Expert in Scrum, Kanban, XP and scaling frameworks.
Technical fluency in IAM or cybersecurity.
Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end delivery of Privileged Access programs across multiple teams.
Coach teams to adopt agile methodologies and improve delivery.
Identify and mitigate cross-team risks and dependencies.
Collaborate with engineering leads, product managers and security leads to define scope and deliverables.
Use facilitation and communication to influence stakeholders at all levels.
