Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Task Lead/Project Manager in Washington DC to oversee multiple teams and deliverables under the SOW. You will drive Agile practices, collaborate with government leads and client representatives, and ensure quality and timeliness of all contractual items.

Required are 7–10+ years in IT management, a bachelor’s degree, and PMP certification. This is a full-time on-site role based in Washington DC with opportunities to lead multi-functional teams across contracts.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years' experience in IT Management including technology solutions delivery and SDLC.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• PMP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management of the tasks under this effort and manage contractor personnel on three teams.
• Implement Agile project management methodologies and practices to support delivery of tasks in the SOW.
• Lead Scrum practices for HCD, UX, business analysis, and product backlog creation.
• Provide bi-weekly Agile reports and Monthly Status Reports.
• Collaborate with Government CO/COR and client agency representatives.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of all contractual items.
