Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Scrum Master to support a Salesforce CRM product team in a hybrid Charlotte, NC environment. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach stakeholders, and remove impediments to accelerate delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Scrum Master experience, Salesforce ERP familiarity, and SAFe/Agile knowledge. This role offers W2 employment with medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and life insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Proven experience supporting Salesforce CRM implementations.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience working with distributed teams and external vendors.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to support a cross-functional Salesforce CRM product team. This team is focused on delivering scalable, high-impact CRM solutions using Agile methodologies. The Scrum Master will work closely with internal and external development resources and be embedded in a business-led product structure.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $52 - $62 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and AppExchange integrations.
• Experience in utility or energy sector CRM projects is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to evolving priorities.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
