Everforth Apex in Charlotte, North Carolina, seeks an Agile Scrum Master to lead a cross-functional software team onsite. You will coach the team, facilitate ceremonies, manage backlogs with Product Owners and Technical Leads, and ensure agile values drive the SDLC to deliver defined business outcomes.

The role demands strong organization, risk identification, impediment removal, and the ability to influence and deliver results on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Scrum Management and implementing Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
• Ability to deliver outcomes on time and stay within scope.
• Strong organization and facilitation skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Management experience and technical expertise in leading large-scale agile projects.
• Ability to lead, influence, and drive team efforts and results.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile development processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct agile project teams to deliver project-defined business outcomes.
• Act as a process coach within a cross-functional software development team.
• Ensure the team's adherence to agile values and principles within the software development lifecycle.
• Encourage self-sufficiency within the team while identifying risk and removing impediments.
• Manage project setup, backlog management with Product Owners and Technical Leads, and project health reporting.
• Consult and coach other Scrum Teams and support the development of Agile Scrum processes.
