Job summary

Delta Dental Ins. in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams, act as servant leader, and facilitate Scrum events. You will help Product Owners with backlog refinement, manage dependencies, and drive improvements to deliver value with quality and timeliness.

The role requires 2+ years of Agile delivery and a Bachelor’s in IT or equivalent, plus proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, and Miro. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of Agile delivery leadership experience.
• Ability to teach simple Agile concepts and analyze team performance.

Responsibilities

• Applies Agile principles and practices effectively.
• Supports Product Owners with backlog maintenance and refinement.
• Facilitates Scrum ceremonies and cross-team coordination to manage dependencies.
