The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years as a Scrum Master, Scrum certification, and SDLC experience, with hands-on work using Azure DevOps or Jira.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
3+ years' experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in IT.
Scrum certification completed.
Experience with SDLC and supporting multiple software teams.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar work management tools.

Responsibilities

Coach multiple scrum teams to deliver customer product increments.
Facilitate Scrum events and promote Scrum values.
Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews).
Provide reports and KPI analyses for scrum team goals.
Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance productivity across the SDLC.
Support changes to ISN's systems and environments.
