Job summary

Appnovation seeks a Scrum Master to lead multiple agile teams delivering digital transformation and marketing solutions. You will coordinate sprints, coach teams, and ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables while managing budgets and stakeholder communications across a global client base.

You have 3–4 years of agile leadership, strong Scrum knowledge, and excellent English communication. This role requires collaboration in a fast-paced digital agency environment and will involve facilitating

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of Agile Project Management or Scrum Master experience in a digital agency, with multiple scrum teams
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, Crystal, XP, SAFe) is a plus
• Must have Scrum Master Certification or hands-on Agile experience with details
• Strong English written and verbal communication across organizational levels
• Exceptional planning, organizational, conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects for Appnovation's global client list
• Coordinate sprints, retrospectives and daily stand-ups
• Work with Product Owners on backlog grooming and new requests
• Facilitate internal and external stakeholder communications
• Estimate and track velocity and costs, develop resource plans, assess risks
• Coach teams in Agile, improve scrum maturity
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to enable changes
• Ensure deliverables meet high quality standards at sprint end
• Identify process improvements in project delivery
• Foster productive environment where teams own the product
