Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business or information systems.
- 4+ years as a Business Analyst or Functional Lead in Agile.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- US Citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies and facilitate delivery with the team.
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories.
- Create development tickets and track from intake to delivery.
- Support backlog grooming and prioritization with Product Owners.
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions to clarify needs and align on goals.
- Prepare client-facing documentation and analysis reports.
- Perform functional and integrated testing and assist with defect triage.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote knowledge sharing.
