CSCI Consulting, Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support iterative software development within Agile/SAFe environments.

You will refine backlogs, develop user stories, and facilitate collaboration among Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/engineering/IM or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum five years as a Business Analyst supporting iterative software development.
• Experience with Agile or SAFe methodologies and backlog refinement.

Aufgaben

• Capture, analyze, document, and manage functional and non‑functional requirements and user stories.
• Decompose features into actionable user stories for short development cycles.
• Lead backlog refinement to ensure items are well defined and prioritized.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align backlog with business goals and roadmap.
• Partner with Scrum Master to define sprint scope and resolve impediments.
• Translate business needs into clear acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Lead software demonstrations for stakeholders and communicate iteration results.
• Identify and proactively resolve issues.
