Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field.
• 5+ years as a business analyst on iterative software projects.
• Familiarity with SAFe or Agile methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, and manage functional/non-functional requirements and user stories.
• Decompose features into backlog items for iterative development cycles.
• Collaborate with ScrumMaster to establish sprint backlogs and address impediments.
• Lead backlog refinement and prioritize work aligned to business goals and roadmap.
• Define acceptance criteria to enable test-driven development and verify outcomes.
• Coordinate with Product Owners and SMEs to ensure alignment on scope and outcomes.
• Prepare and communicate demos to stakeholders after each iteration.
