CACI is seeking a Business Analyst to support IT initiatives in an Agile/SAFe setting. You will refine backlogs, craft user stories, define acceptance criteria, and participate in PI planning to ensure business objectives align with technical delivery.

The role is remote, requiring residency within driving distance of Scott Air Force Base, and requires U.S. citizenship with a DoD Secret clearance. A strong BA background and MS Office/SharePoint proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with DoD Secret clearance.
• Background investigation with multiple checks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of BA experience on iterative software projects.
• Experience with SAFe or Agile methodologies.
• Strong MS Office and SharePoint skills.

Responsabilités

• Capture, analyze, and manage functional and non‑functional requirements and user stories.
• Decompose features into stories and create ready backlog items.
• Collaborate with ScrumMaster to establish sprint backlogs and resolve impediments.
• Lead backlog refinement and ensure items are prioritized and well-defined.
• Prioritize backlog with Product Owners and align with roadmap goals.
• Document acceptance criteria and support Test Driven Development.
• Lead demonstrations to stakeholders and report iteration results.
