Job summary

Saransh Inc. seeks a Release Train Engineer to lead Agile delivery at our San Leandro site.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum practices, and partner with Product Owners to align roadmaps and priorities for multiple cross-functional teams. The role requires a PSM II certification, exceptional communication, and strong problem-solving abilities to remove impediments, foster continuous improvement, and communicate risks to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

PSM II certification is mandatory.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams in Scrum.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities for complex projects.
Experience managing timelines, deliverables and team dynamics.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize the backlog.
Identify and remove impediments to progress and foster a productive environment.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality.
Promote continuous improvement and experimentation within the team.
Engage with stakeholders to communicate status, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Mentor team members and promote collaboration to build a high-performing team.
