Job summary

Panasonic Avionics Corporation is seeking an experienced Agile leader to drive total system release strategy for sub-products within a SAFe framework. You will coach teams, coordinate PI planning, manage risks, and partner with stakeholders to maximize value across the Agile Release Train.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in a software development or product delivery role, preferably with Agile.
• Advanced knowledge of delivering system solutions with hardware and software integrations.
• Experience or training in Team Management, Change Management, Agile project development, PMP or Six Sigma (preferred).
• CSM or SAFe certifications preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work; experience delivering product roadmaps.
• Experience guiding Scrum Masters or Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI planning and align with strategic vision and priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and remove blockers to maintain momentum.
• Define portfolio goals, backlog items, and prioritize to maximize business value.
• Empower Agile teams with clear goals and priorities aligned with the roadmap.
• Ensure production-ready deliverables meet quality standards before handoff to owners/users.
• Lead system release strategy for sub-products and optimize ART value flow.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Mentor teams on SAFe practices and Agile principles with a focus on continuous improvement.
