• Work with Product Owners Scrum Masters business stakeholders and development teams to define project scope priorities and deliverables.
• Develop project plans timelines resource allocations and release schedules.
• Monitor project progress identify risks and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track and report project performance using Agile metrics such as velocity sprint burndown and release readiness.
• Ensure alignment between project objectives and business goals.
• Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project status updates.
• Drive continuous process improvement and Agile best practices across teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope budget and quality standards.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high quality products and business solutions using Agile methodologies

The Agile Project Manager will be responsible for planning coordinating and managing projects while fostering collaboration continuous improvement and adherence to Agile principles

This role requires strong leadership stakeholder management risk mitigation and project delivery skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile frameworks such as Scrum Kanban and SAFe

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• 8 years of project management experience including 3 years managing Agile projects
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks principles and practices
• Experience managing software development or digital transformation projects
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira Azure DevOps Trello or Rally
• Excellent communication leadership problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Project Management Professional certification
• Certified Scrum Master CSM PMIACP SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certification
• Experience in cloud DevOps data or enterprise application projects
• Knowledge of Lean principles and Agile portfolio management

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $33.29/hour - $52.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
