Job summary

Hexplora seeks an Agile Technical Project Manager to join the IT Project Management group (IPM) in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This full-time, hybrid role supports business units and the Enterprise in achieving strategy and goals.

You will manage stakeholder relationships, plan development projects and sprints, drive performance, and facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies. Strong Agile, Scrum/Kanban, and SDLC knowledge, plus executive communication skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Healthcare issues, information systems, management issues, and current trends.
• Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development teams needs.
• Solid experience working with Architecture teams to assess and size story/epics.
• Comfortable with presenting project readouts to Executive level audience.
• Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.) to analyze and improve sprint planning.
• Excellent communicator in person, over the phone and through email.
• Data Lake, Enterprise Data Warehouse experience would be added advantage.
• Infra, Security and Cybersecurity experience would be added advantage.

• Maintain team data in project management software (i.e., JIRA, Manuscript, etc.) to support estimates and execution
• Presents high level project Dashboard for senior management
• Other duties as needed
