Job summary

Korpack is seeking a Production Scheduler to own and optimize the live manufacturing plan across our facilities. You will validate material availability, sequence changeovers, and communicate shifts so the floor stays coordinated and productive.

Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Operations, you’ll collaborate with Production and Materials Managers and customer teams. Thrive in a high-mix, fast-paced environment and re-sequence plans as needed to meet commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; food packaging or food-grade experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with allergen sequencing, sanitation windows, lot control, and why food products add scheduling considerations.
• Experience with co-manufacturing or co-packing is a plus.
• Highly tech savvy; comfortable in MRP/ERP systems and scheduling software; Acumatica experience is a plus.
• Experience scheduling in a high-mix environment with frequent schedule changes.
• Strong communicator delivering schedule changes clearly and quickly.
• Organized under pressure and able to re-sequence without losing the thread.

Responsibilities

• Own the production schedule across Korpack facilities and validate material availability.
• Sequence changeovers intelligently and communicate changes to the floor.
• Coordinate with Production Managers, Materials Managers, and customer teams to keep plans aligned.
• Re-sequence plans quickly when customer launches or line issues occur, ensuring on-time delivery.
