Job summary

Korpack is seeking a Production Scheduler to own the daily production plan across multiple facilities. You will validate material availability, sequence changeovers, and coordinate with Production, Materials, and customer teams to keep the plan moving smoothly.

You thrive in a fast-paced, high-mix environment, communicating changes clearly and quickly while maintaining an organized schedule inside Acumatica. This role offers ownership and growth within a growing contract packaging company.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably food packaging.
• Experience with co-manufacturing or co-packing is a plus.
• Highly tech savvy and proficient with MRP/ERP systems and scheduling software (Acumatica).
• Experience scheduling in a high-mix environment with frequent schedule changes.
• Strong communicator delivering changes clearly and quickly.
• Organized under pressure with ability to re-sequence priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the production schedule across multiple facilities, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
• Collaborate with Production, Materials, and Customer-facing teams to adjust plans as needed.
• Validate material availability and sequence changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Communicate schedule updates promptly to prevent surprises on the floor.
• Maintain a living schedule inside the ERP system and scheduling tools.
• Drive on-time performance and adherence to customer commitments.
